These terms govern use of this website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Website information

The information on this site is general and does not constitute a proposal, guarantee, professional advice, or binding offer. We aim to keep it clear and accurate, but services are tailored and the exact scope, timing, price, responsibilities, and outcomes are agreed in writing for each engagement.

Engaging us

A project begins only when the relevant proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement is accepted. That agreement and any accompanying service terms govern the engagement. If website wording differs from an agreed project document, the agreed project document takes priority.

Delivery, refunds, cancellation and disputes

Services are delivered to the scope and timeline agreed in your proposal. Before project kickoff, you may cancel for a full deposit refund. After kickoff and before substantial completion, the deposit is retained but no further pro-rata charge is made; after substantial completion, the balance is due. Maintenance may be cancelled before the next renewal, but the current paid period is not partly refunded. If Imperial ends the project for a reason unrelated to your breach, all amounts paid are refunded, and any project guarantee overrides these rules. To request a cancellation, refund, or review of a payment or service dispute, email info@imperialventuregroup.com.

Ownership and intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights are confirmed in the proposal or agreement for your project. Unless stated otherwise, you retain control of your accounts, data and custom deliverables. Imperial retains its pre-existing and reusable tools and methods.

Third-party services

Where a project uses third-party platforms, their own terms and availability apply. The platforms included in a build are agreed with you before work begins.

Availability and liability

We do not promise that this website will always be available or free from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content or by events outside our reasonable control. Project-specific liability is governed by the relevant written agreement.
